Summary
Marriage Coaching is the missing link to help save today’s families and prepare the millennial generation for successful marriages in the future. Having coached hundreds of leaders across the United States and internationally, Gary and Barb Rosberg will present a biblical foundation for marriage coaching from the book of Philippians, including six secrets necessary to experience a successful marriage. Attendees will also be trained in the use of The Rosberg Marital Assessment (RMAP), a research-based coaching tool developed in partnership with Life Innovations (Prepare and Enrich). Each participant will be provided RMAP access prior to the intensive, with aggregate results being reviewed during the training. ICCA Executive Director, Dwight Bain, will equip marriage coaches with relevant research on how to turn a distant marriage into a healthy and intimate one. Bain will empower attendees with targeted skills and coaching exercises to work across cultural and generational lines to achieve lasting relationship results. This Intensive will facilitate comprehensive marriage skill development to move from being a trained coach to a transformational one. Attendees will gain practical input on how to successfully launch a marriage coaching business or ministry, including ethical considerations, pricing guidelines, and strategic positioning through marketing.

Participants will:

- Interpret the Rosberg Marital Assessment Program (RMAP), one of the fastest ways to assess marital dynamics and map out a strategic plan for rapid results; identify strategies for its use in their respective marriage coaching business or ministry
- Identify practical strategies to manage complex conflict with biblical resolution and forgiveness using The Conflict Loop coaching tool; practice the steps of conflict resolution in facilitated role plays to gain mastery
- Study foundational marriage coaching principles from the Book of Philippians, including serving, persevering guarding, celebrating and renewing love; articulate strategies to coach couples in deepening their emotional, sexual and spiritual connection with greater intimacy
